My overall experience was neutral. Saturated market and lack of differentiators make it difficult to standout. Leadership and Culture was great though, just no inbound leads whatsoever.

Proof that a single leader can ruin a culture. This sales org was fairly solid until a new CRO was brought in. This person had zero experience as a CRO (previously a VP by acquisition) and absolutely tanked the sales org with constant restructuring, blatant favoritism, and a poor market approach. We thought things would get better after the layoffs, but unfortunately nothing has changed. Less than 5 people will hit quota this year. Expel is very product focused and could care less about sales and marketing
