Former Employee I loved the job for a while. It was rewarding to have an impact on such fascinating injury cases. There was a lot of opportunity for a while, but then the market seemed to be getting a bit saturated. Client retention was an issue. I made great money, but my quota kept increasing, ultimately to an unrealistic level. Comp plan was complex and confusing. CEO is very condescending and micromanaging. Several folks in management, along with a number of reps, were let go prior to and after my departure (seemingly in an effort to improve the bottom line to accelerate the eventual sale of the company).
