Current Employee Been at the company enough to know that progression is a farce in regard to being prepared for a 'promotion', forget the moniker of 'if you work hard enough, learn you'll be rewarded', I understand sales is case by case, but if you need examples, sales tools are 5 years behind, targets are silly in tandem to the 'training' you are given, company is too old school and too clicky. I know someone who has not had a 1-1 with their manager for 7 months, regardless of performance in a normal world, this is not a luxury. its kinda just mandatory. If you have not worked in sales before please do not use this place as a the be or end for the experience of that industry. Forget the 'highs and lows'. This place does not equip you with the tools to succeed.
