Current Employee Overall, a decent place to be a BDR/SDR. However, you're not likely to move up. They hire outside of the company. But you will be able to hit quota and get paid well. My biggest complaint is how disorganized the company is. The communication is horrible and the company culture/leadership is awful. Basically a good place to get a paycheck but that's about it. Feels very empty here and dead-end.
