Former Employee The team at Falkon hires & fires at a faster rate than anywhere I've ever seen--even for a startup. I think it is currently on its way out of the market through possible acquisitions or dissolution but I would not recommend working there if the opportunity arises. They do not have product market fit or a solid customer base to build from and the flippancy toward hiring & eliminating entire sales teams is extremely concerning.
