Poor.. The company has been changing their sales model the past 15 and are moving away from in house salesmen. They initially lied about the compensation and how much to realistically expect but the culture was somewhat still good and motivating. They are a company in a very niche market with a HIGH market share, so often times their salesmen dont need to be very skillful. All in all decent development with bad pay.

I worked part-time as an Inside Sales Rep. I was referred by an existing branch manager, but my experience was poor due to my branch manager's leadership style and behavior. Overall, Fastenal is a solid company.
