Base very low for the amount of work they expect. To be successful in the role the expectation is 25 appointments a week. Even if you achieve 25 the joke in the office that the ask will always be more.

My overall experience was not the greatest. The company promotes people into management without making sure the person being promoted exemplifies effective leadership. So some people in management become easily threatened by associates with potential and natural leadership qualities.

It’s a decent place to work. No room to grow and caps on variable comp remove incentive to work hard. Burn out very easy and lots of micro management
