I have a had a great experience at fidelity. They have even been very understanding and helpful to me with medical issues. I got my start here and their is a great amount of growth potential if you are willing to work hard for it!

It’s a decent place to work. No room to grow and caps on variable comp remove incentive to work hard. Burn out very easy and lots of micro management
