Working as an Investment Consultant at Fidelity gives you the opportunity to work with a high volume of clients and master your sales process. The demand for managed accounts (main product) are high so it really is a matter of communicating the value of the accounts and booking enough appointments. Great company culture.

Fidelity Investments is a great place if if you want to be a micromanaged puppet. Every minute is accounted for- and it takes years to get into the FC role. It was call after in-coming calls.
