Former Employee Hard product to sell in a hyper innovative Service Market. A tale as old as time w/ any Tech company, however this company innovates very slowly at the expense of the being out-classed by other softwares. It pigeon holes them into SMB & it’s a painful claw out into larger markets b/c their features cannot support Mid Market & Enterprise companies that are rapidly expanding.
