Current Employee There are challenges with the product, as it is marketed as a Tier 1 platform, but the software hasn't made substantial improvements since the acquisition of HVACBiz Pro, which has been a strong asset. But the product team has fail to introduce new features requested frequently by members and to maintain its position as a higher quality option to its cheaper comeditors, which have continued to innovate and provide new and effective features to their members at much lower costs.
