Great in the beginning but then I came to learn that hitting quota and even exceeding quota was not enough so burnout became real. The celebrations for breaking records were short and small and then we were back to the grind even if it was the last day of the month

One of the toughest environments Ive ever been in. I took the role because I like to think of myself as resilient and most of the bad things that I had heard were regarding in office work. I would just say to do your due diligence, and take every review you read into account because they are not far off from the truth

Offers a competitive product, aggressive sales structure, but is 100% in office, zero product or methods training from the get go, lead feed is extremely poor. Quota attainment is on bluebird deals, fortune, and territory, and not largely dependent on worth ethic, skill, or cunning.
