There’s a lot of favoritism and working outside of ROE with lack of enforcement from c-level executives. It’s a low reward environment with little recognition for achievements and hitting quota. Pay is good sometimes for performance but moral is low

Great product(s), fast paced environment with amazing colleagues. However, the culture is absolute trash. Don't even think about taking time off at the EOM / EOQ. Even emergencies will be questioned. The money was great, but it was mentally exhausting and there was no freedom. Long commute killed my life and sanity. 100% in office, no budge policy.
