Filevine is a bipolar company. The product is great, leadership from top down is lacking. They are two-faced in many instances. You are a number at Filevine. If you sell, all is well. If not, you are treated like you are dirt. It's all about the $$$. Work-life balance is terrible - no freedom to take 1/2 a day and potentially work from home to take advantage of your time. Very strict in-office policy for Sales (they know they can't pull that with the developers). Pay is good - especially if you are selling. Though the money has been good, for my mental sanity, I'm starting to look elsewhere. Hope to get out of here soon since I don't know how much more I can take. I think I will have some PTSD once I leave here.

Terrible, everything about this company screams run away. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Even though making quota, pay has significantly decreased year over year. Commission percentage is lowered yearly, quota increases, and base salary remains the same. Recognized with awards rather than compensation, and overtime is an expectation. Time off is discouraged by company culture.
