This company has high turnover across the sales org. You have to play office politics quickly or you'll be in the out. Favoritism and nepotism are played constantly. Quota attainment has been getting harder across the floor. Rapid growth without a clear path to attainment. Assigned books are constantly changing that causes frustration across customers since their reps are always changing.

So far experience has been really good, from the looks of it OTE attainment has to be greater than 75%, very attainable goal more of a you get what you put in situation. Great management team. Only true complain is very low base, and not the greatest perks: No gym stipend, commuter stipends, stocks etc.
