Biggest downside is sales team takes on 100% of support, billing issues, collections, retention etc which is a lot of the job. Software is down every other week. Very strict on being in office 5 days a week. Product potential is HUGE if they can keep it working.

Even though making quota, pay has significantly decreased year over year. Commission percentage is lowered yearly, quota increases, and base salary remains the same. Recognized with awards rather than compensation, and overtime is an expectation. Time off is discouraged by company culture.

Wolf of Wall Street ahh culture. So many terrible things about this company but here's just one: First of all, they call forecasting meetings "bloodboard" lmao.
