Former Employee2.9Aug 28, 2025Great product(s), fast paced environment with amazing colleagues. However, the culture is absolute trash. Don't even think about taking time off at the EOM / EOQ. Even emergencies will be questioned. The money was great, but it was mentally exhausting and there was no freedom. Long commute killed my life and sanity. 100% in office, no budge policy.

Current Employee2.9May 19, 2025There’s a lot of favoritism and working outside of ROE with lack of enforcement from c-level executives. It’s a low reward environment with little recognition for achievements and hitting quota. Pay is good sometimes for performance but moral is low
