Excellent product, amazing co-workers, keeping with or ahead of the technology curve. No-budge 100% in office policy is ridiculous. Feels like we are in a cage, cannot take PTO (well, without feeling bad), no freedom to work from home if we need to do personal errands on that day (or expected to take PTO for 1/2 a day and then go into the office for the other half - doesn't matter if you live 5 miles or 50 miles away). Culture has exponentially decreased and is bordering toxic if not already toxic. Horrible work / life balance.

This company has high turnover across the sales org. You have to play office politics quickly or you'll be in the out. Favoritism and nepotism are played constantly. Filevine is a company that makes an exceptional product. But the culture is toxic and the leadership is poor. The company exists to serve their investors and they cut costs and take advantage of both employees and customers in order to make their investors happy. If you have ever read the book Good to Great, they violate a principle every single chapter in that book.
