My overall experience was Ok, constant changes in Management and territory, changes to comp plan yearly, no real sense of team. I would not recommend.

Comp plan sucks - need to hit 25% of quota before they’ll pay you commission and the payment is 2 months in arrears

Sneaky/dishonest company . Clawing back commissions after the fact, in direct conflict of a black and white comp plan.
