New hires struggle to meet quota expectations. The company was acquired by another entity as a whole and thats made it somewhat difficult to acquire new business from new and existing clients

Overall, a great learning experience but long term product viability is questionable without significant improvements & investments. Your not there for the base pay. Earning potential is heavy on net new where you make your comission and money.

My overall experience was that I met the best sales people in the country at this job. It used to be lucrative, but now it’s just about cutting commission and making quotas unattainable. The most I made here was $330k and I was 126% of quota. Selling to lawyers is incredibly difficult.
