Current Employee Promised the world, and was given far less. First year pay is far less than expected OTE. Decent lead flow depending on your territory. Heavy outbound is expected, but with no true play book to go by. They ask for metrics, but you are punished for doing too much "outbound" as too much outreach can "muddy the waters". Commission structure is terrible - you are on a quarterly percentage starting at 8% and going up to 20% of each deal. This resets every quarter, and is shit if you have a lot of end of year deals. You are also judged on a monthly quota. Typically people are let go in "shoot from the hip decisions". No formal decision making progress or PIP's involved for these terminations.
