Still a start up company, inbound leads are limited to territory and depending on territory can be non-existent. Must be strong with outbound and willing and able to understand that a lot of deals will not close quickly. Can be 6 months to a year before purchase.

Promised the world, and was given far less. First year pay is far less than expected OTE. Decent lead flow depending on your territory. Heavy outbound is expected, but with no true play book to go by. They ask for metrics, but you are punished for doing too much "outbound" as too much outreach can "muddy the waters". Sales team is great. Friction between Sales and development is pretty high. Cross-functional work here can be challenging.
