Former Employee2.9Sep 19, 2024At my time here at fiserv it was okay, would not recommend if you don’t like micro managing
Former Employee2.9Dec 8, 2024Fiserv has gone back to 5 days in office for non travel roles. The percentages for deals are watered down and they will “move goalposts” on you to avoid paying commission. Culture is horrendous overall but the sales team is under pretty good leadership from the director level down so you’re shielded some. Lots of inbound leads and the people are fantastic though.

Former Employee2.3May 6, 2025Management created an awful work place. A lot of layoffs. Poor upward mobility. Qoutas kept going up at pace that was impossible to meet. Most reps had a lower base salary and ote than me.

Former Employee3.0Jan 23, 2024Overall, my experience working at Fiserv was good - most in part to the client relationships. The challenge was there was not enough support, which was not acknowledged by the executive team. Mentality was just get it done. This led to complete burnout and overall a negative work environment.
