Due to their lack of understanding investment in the business was minimal, restricting our ability to be competitive in the market.

While this helps with quota attainment there is no work life balance and it has been made clear that executive leadership thinks getting one person to do four peoples' jobs is a "win" for the company. It is not sustainable.
