Working at this company has truly been life changing. I recently was promoted to an account executive after only 9 months and will be doubling my income potential in an industry that they have a large market share in. My current OTE is $75K and it will be going to $140K. Overall its a great company with amazing opportunities but office politics play a role in your success. I would recommend anyone that is looking for stability, upward mobility, and overall satisfaction to consider this company.

Training is terrible and senior leadership is completely disconnected from reality. Inbound leads are a plenty but they’re firing highly important associates.

The company ranks as among the most admired, but this is the most toxic work environment I've ever known. My department's rate of attrition is 84%. There is no leadership, no guidance, and no direction.
