Former Employee My overall experience started strong and went downhill. The small but mighty team with inspirational leadership became a toxic environment where closers and SDR's walked on eggshells and the only constant was change.
The Firstup ship is sinking like the Titanic. A lot of the newer employees are being let go in their first quarter and the senior employees are making their way to the life rafts.
