The push for profits at the cost of incredibly talented people will continue to be this place's downfall. This place is a Trojan horse. Looks great on the outside but inside it's the same as every other "tech company". Unrealistic goals, white male leadership, and AI bandaids covering the holes in the operation. The pressure placed on individual contributors and the poor communication skills of mid and senior management will be the downfall of what could be a great company.
