Current Employee1.7Jul 24, 2025Company has a tough time innovating and staying relevant in the market. PE Firm is has been operating, and is only focused on selling the company. Customers and employees are not priorities anymore... Morale is terrible, product innovation is terrible, and there are no safe spaces to communicate concerns, ideas, etc.
