Unfortunately offset by a dysfunctional GTM leadership team driven by oversized egos with very little experience. Only way out of this is to clear the decks and start over with humble servants focused on customer outcomes and building team morale.

Current Employee2.9Jun 14, 2025There's not much to say about BDR organization. Many internal shifts has happened and because the BDR/SDR org is under the marketing organization, there's some misalignment between BDR goals vs AE goals. Quota/Comp structure is not the greatest.
