To many random changes in the organization creates uncertainty. Culture heavily favors performance with limited to no support or training. Not a very diverse company, benefits are really expensive, and even though coworkers are nice, they will not stand up for what’s right. Leadership isn’t all ways transparent regarding the state of the business causing instability. If your looking for short-term financial gains, this is a suitable situation. I would not recommend Fleet Complete as a career, just a job.

The company is great but very very outdated. They seem like they don’t know what they are doing. Old tech, hard to sell compared to competitors. Not willing to innovate nor invest in marketing
