Great culture at the lower and mid levels of the company. Unfortunately, they over hired during a down market and a lot of people were laid off after starting.

I wasn't there long enough to learn much about the company before I got laid off. Company seems to be pretty lost... Why do you hire someone and then lay them off less than a 6 months later?!
