Overall FloQast is a good company. There is a “Labor Union” feel to the company where those that have been around the longest are typically viewed as right. This is particularly prevalent in the BDR, partnerships, and sales leaderships roles. Be very careful if you choose to go into one of these roles as there is very little room for change.
