Current Employee Like similar recent reviews FloQast is at a pivotal point in its journey as a SaaS company. There are certainly a ton of corporate politics mainly due to long term employees that started as BDRs and have since entered Manager/Director level positions.
At the top of the year there was a ton of restructuring and AE quotas are completely out of reach for most with no consideration into previous and current pipeline. There are one or two people that make a 250+ and everyone else seems to be making less than OTE. Because quotas don’t make pipeline the focus is now on AEs to self source as if that justifies being able to hit quota. With comp plan changes I’d wait it out a year.
