This has been, hands down, one of the best companies I have worked for. Not only is the mission incredible but I love the culture and leadership. I feel valued as an employee and feel like I am given the tools needed to do my job well.

The market for their flagship ALPR product is huge and still rolling strong. We've had several poor rollouts of new products and processes making the day to day much harder on sales. Flock’s sales leadership has gotten worse with unqualified micro managers The CRO and Law Enforcement Sales Director are not respected. We have 2 sales directors that have a total of 7 years of sales experience who keep getting promoted and haven’t sold any product and have zero value

Great remote flexibility and leadership that is very accomplished in their sales careers. Great inbound and referral pipeline opportunities. Fantastic product that actually helps communities and works well. Great internal partners. Aggressive quotas that are achievable, but entire team will not hit. Long, complex sales cycle that is sometimes out of your control.
