Great product. Low pay. High level of micromanagement. Comp structure is odd, which includes bonuses that are tied to 3 different quotas each quarter. Basically if you want to make any real money you have to hit all 12 quotas throughout the year.

My overall experience has been descent. I have been able to make good money but as we get closer to IPO things are tightening up.

At first the lead generation and company flow was the best I had experienced. Once the company started to expand the "big company little company feel" dwindled and changed rapidly. With changes to commissions/bonus' consistantly (even during middle of a quarter) it started to create a different work environment where most employees were not happy.
