There is a lot to be excited about at Flock, but also a lot of uncertainty that makes it feel uneasy at times. Leadership has made some recent changes that are rep friendly - just hoping as we grow quickly that territories don't shrink too much

Flock was tumultuous. Told to be CEO of your territory, next you are micromanaged on every communication platform about "deal updates". Directors have little to no industry experience, absolutely zero leadership skills. Territory changes are made on a whim, often cut in half, with unrealistic quota expectations. I have just wrapped up my first quarter at Flock. I attained 230% to my quota and generated 500k of pipeline in 2 months. The product is elite and in high demand from law enforcement agencies of all sizes. Full dumpster fire...100 percent of the time. Nothing is stable at all. All the c suite is concerned about is getting to an IPO. Quotas as relatively unattainable and territories change constantly.
