Full dumpster fire...100 percent of the time. Nothing is stable at all. All the c suite is concerned about is getting to an IPO. Quotas as relatively unattainable and territories change constantly.

Great product. Low pay. High level of micromanagement. Comp structure is odd, which includes bonuses that are tied to 3 different quotas each quarter. Basically if you want to make any real money you have to hit all 12 quotas throughout the year.

Great product fit, tough procurement process (public official approval), and management can be helpful at times, but were largely absent in helping to progress deals. Lots of opportunity but 100% outbound sales with no inbound leads, nor SDR/BDR support.
