Great product fit, tough procurement process (public official approval), and management can be helpful at times, but were largely absent in helping to progress deals. Lots of opportunity but 100% outbound sales with no inbound leads, nor SDR/BDR support.

Flock was tumultuous. Told to be CEO of your territory, next you are micromanaged on every communication platform about "deal updates". Directors have little to no industry experience, absolutely zero leadership skills. Territory changes are made on a whim, often cut in half, with unrealistic quota expectations. My overall experience at Flock was very poor. They have no desire to learn the individual markets and expect completely opposite states to create the same results and it’s not realistic.
