My overall experience at Flock was very poor. They have no desire to learn the individual markets and expect completely opposite states to create the same results and it’s not realistic. They set you up to fail and the turnover is insane. Accounts told me I was the 6th rep in less than 4 years. At that point it’s not the rep, it’s the company. And I can 💯 attest to that. The pay is good but, not at all worth the treatment. They offer unlimited time off, but there’s no way you could ever take any. I would tell any and everyone to stay as far away as possible from this company for sales positions.

Feels like you are on a PIP at all times. Grind sales mentality Quota between 1-2mm Must dial 75 customers every Tuesday, list must be submitted every Friday. Intense atmosphere, but good people Great product with good pm fit

Solid company, solid role. The PMF can’t be beat and were consistently enhancing the existing products and creating new ones. Definitely a degree of micromanagement but you’re largely left alone if you are hitting quota. They’re adding new sales people left and right and cutting territories and increasing quotas.
