Solid company, solid role. The PMF can’t be beat and were consistently enhancing the existing products and creating new ones. Definitely a degree of micromanagement but you’re largely left alone if you are hitting quota. They’re adding new sales people left and right and cutting territories and increasing quotas. Last quarter most reps did not hit quota which will likely be a trend as they continue to slice the territories. More tenured reps are doing better than the new ones.

My experience at Flock is mixed. The ALPR product excels and is easy to sell, but sales leadership is chaotic, with a new leader lacking outside sales experience. Sales reps are burdened with excessive note-taking, diverting focus from actual sales efforts. I have been shown screenshots of the company’s recruitment team actively reaching out to employees internally to have them post “reviews” in order to improve their RepVue scores. Notice the dates on several of these reviews are all the same. Take these reviews with a grain of salt. Unethical.
