Bad sales leadership, favoritism, unfair business practices, and unrealistic expectations can mar great products. You must be willing to stroke the egos and drink the Kool-Aid of sales leadership. There is little opportunity for career growth, and the leadership attitude is very "what have you done for me lately?" Leadership cares about their next career move and not about the reps who work under them. Many changes in the past 10 months have negatively affected the employee's work experience. Lots of micromanaging.

Good ol boys club. Would not give me money for zoom info or for any lead sources worth a damn. Didnt believe in SDR/BDRs and they did zero market research for the northeast for a GTM strategy.

Flock’s sales leadership has gotten worse with unqualified micro managers The CRO and Law Enforcement Sales Director are not respected. We have 2 sales directors that have a total of 7 years of sales experience who keep getting promoted and haven’t sold any product and have zero value
