Good ol boys club. Would not give me money for zoom info or for any lead sources worth a damn. Didnt believe in SDR/BDRs and they did zero market research for the northeast for a GTM strategy.

The leadership team does not care about people at all and it’s causing an exodus of sales reps. They treat you like garbage, change expectations weekly, change territories quarterly, and make you feel unsafe in your role constantly. My overall experience at Flock was very poor. They have no desire to learn the individual markets and expect completely opposite states to create the same results and it’s not realistic.
