Former Employee The leadership team does not care about people at all and it’s causing an exodus of sales reps.
They treat you like garbage, change expectations weekly, change territories quarterly, and make you feel unsafe in your role constantly. Their leadership team is filled with unqualified narcissistic people
The majority of their sales structure is free trials - sales reps make deals 50-90% bigger in ARR by positioning it as a free trial because you get quota attainment. You aren’t paid on these deals until after the free trial which will likely be 6-12 months later if you make it that long.
This is gonna come crashing down one day. When the free trials are up and people can’t afford these oversold free trials the company will be in a weak position
I wouldn’t recommend anyone work here
