There's finally an exodus after treating tenured Senior AE's like crap by cutting territories and commissions. They just lost a large chunk of their Major Account AEs and a lot of good AEs in 2024. This is what happens when you treat brand new unproven reps better than accomplished ones.

The market for their flagship ALPR product is huge and still rolling strong. We've had several poor rollouts of new products and processes making the day to day much harder on sales. World class product market fit, robust product and excellent operational firepower. Completely incompetent leadership. Monthly quotas that change radically month-to-month. Predatory sales leadership to punishes top performers and destroys client relationships. Perform well and have your quota raised 10x and territory cut significantly. Poor accelerators.
