If this company had been run by an experienced CEO it could have been amazing. The SLT (namely, CEO, Founders, and Head of HR) drove this place into the ground. They will entice you with high earnings and some reps/managers can make a lot of $$ but the company is going nowhere. Equity isn't worth anything bc there isn't a compelling reason to buy FT. The finances are screwed, the product needs MAJOR work and investment and there are competitors in the space who can do it better and cheaper. They've done 3 layoffs in the past year.

Terrible. Terrible leadership. Terrible culture. Ceo just wants to be a celebrity and not build a functioning sales model. Product is cool but they don’t know how to sell it. Sales leadership is really bad
