If this company had been run by an experienced CEO it could have been amazing. The SLT (namely, CEO, Founders, and Head of HR) drove this place into the ground. They will entice you with high earnings and some reps/managers can make a lot of $$ but the company is going nowhere. Equity isn't worth anything bc there isn't a compelling reason to buy FT. This place is a sinking ship. There is too much competition and the product has lost any differentiation/first-mover advantage. The CEO/CTO leadership is also laughable. Do not come here. You will struggle to get any deals across before you are laid off.
