There's no dedicated sales leadership, everybody reports to the CEO. The company can improve the sales team structure and processes significantly, because right now everything is micro managed, and everything is done last minute

As a new BDR at Forma.ai it has been one of the best roles I have ever had. The leadership team is amazing, with an emphasis on supporting and training the reps to grow with the company. A tight voluntary in office culture that makes the slog of cold calling fun!
