Company has had severe leadership, product fit, and sales enablement issues since end of 2021. I would avoid this company and look at competitors like Gartner or ASML

Forrester is an fantastic environment to learn in and is full of intelligent colleagues and prospects. However, the day to day of a sales rep trying to hit quota can be chaotic and can leave you feeling like your own your own to figure it out.

Company has changed dramatically since Covid and the launch of Forretser Decisions. Work life balance is respectable. But many challenges selling the new solution to current and new customers which generated a domino effect bleeding into culture, incentives, promotions, etc.
