The company culture has declined significantly since COVID-19. The transition from heritage Forrester to Forrester Decisions/FMI has been underperforming, leading to a loss of brand trust and confidence in the leadership. This has resulted in numerous RIFs and delays in promotions and merit increases. Despite these challenges, the company is filled with great people who are eager to learn and succeed.

Now is not the time to go to Forrester. A lot needs to change before this is a safe place to work again. It was great for so many years but the culture, products and management have absolutely tanked the last couple of years.
