Current Employee I have been at this company for over 4 years, prior to that I was a customer. I love the product but the direction of the company is falling since I've been here. Leadership is trying to focus on higher end enterprise (rightfully so) but their execution has been pretty bad. Territories not managed well. Our comp plan took a massive turn for this worse this year. The culture has traditionally been pretty chill, you are allowed to get out and sell how it works for you. With the economy changing they have been way more micro in certain areas that don't really make sense.
